The winners of the individual awards for the 2022/23 season in the Genero Adran North have been confirmed.

Player of the Season – Rosie Hughes (Wrexham)

It has been another astonishing season for Rosie Hughes, who continues to shine in the final third. Wrexham’s number nine finished on 24 league goals in just nine appearances, but to reduce her game to just goals would undervalue her talent. She holds up the play brilliantly and brings in other players around her too, evidenced by her seven assists.

Manager of the Season – Steve Dale (Wrexham)

The Genero Adran Premier beckons for Wrexham next season following a perfect campaign under Steve Dale. The Red Dragons won all 12 of their games on the way to the league title, scoring 70 goals and conceding just six, before they triumphed 1-0 against Briton Ferry Llansawel in the promotion play-off final.

Young Player of the Season – Amber Lightfoot (Wrexham)

Amber Lightfoot’s numbers in the Genero Adran North this season – 16 goals and eight assists – speak for themselves and she is certainly ready for the step up to the top-flight. Rosie Hughes may be Wrexham’s focal point in attack, but Lightfoot has led the way behind her with consistently brilliant displays.
